1. The short version

AgentWake is a free, open-source project. This website is a static informational page — there are no accounts, no checkout, and no email signup. We don't collect personal information from you, and the AgentWake file itself does not phone home or send any data to us.

2. What the AgentWake file does not do

• We have no access to your AI agent, its brain files, its conversations, or anything on your machine.
• The file is static markdown — it does not send analytics, telemetry, or any data to us.
• We do not track how you use your agent or what it does.

3. Website hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser characteristics) for security and performance, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track visitors across sites.

4. GitHub

AgentWake is distributed on GitHub. If you download it, star it, or open an issue there, that activity is governed by GitHub's privacy policy, not ours.
